By accessing the TimeZen website or downloading the TimeZen mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this application or website.
2. License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the TimeZen application on your mobile device for your personal, non-commercial use.
Under this license, you may not:
- Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the application files.
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code.
- Transfer the application to another person or mirror the materials on any other server.
- Use the application for any commercial or public display.
3. Pricing and In-App Purchases
TimeZen is completely free to download and use. All features, settings, and themes are unlocked by default without any charges, advertisements, subscriptions, or hidden in-app purchases.
4. Disclaimer
The TimeZen application and website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
5. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Stener Thoresen Nordnes or the developers of TimeZen be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of productivity, data, or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the TimeZen application, even if notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
